After three games, how would you honestly forecast our season?
It's been dismal so far, with little to look forward to. We're now coming to the end of the window, what started as a positive and could end up being a farcical one. Getting Carvalho over the line would be uplifting briefly, but we know he's not match fit and we have a manager who sticks with favourites, something Allardyce was rightly crucified for.

I can't see any better than 14/15th. You could argue I'm knicker-wetting as we're so early into a new season, but the club is toxic top to bottom. The board make poor decisions which originally stem from indecisiveness and then shoot themselves in the foot.

The truth is, until we get genuinely ambitious owners who can spot a lame duck (Bilic), all things promised to us at the London Stadium will be pie in the sky.

You?

I have downgraded our end of season points total to mid lower forties instead of circa 55 points.

Yep 14/15th. Flirting with relegation again along the way. There will be two far worse teams but we will hover around the area of being the third then pull out a run to take us up a bit. Mediocre looks like the best outcome right now but things will look up a bit when the new players settle in. Ask the same question after 10 games.

I agree with that. Poor performance and rotten results don't lie. There's something very wrong. we saw the signs last season and it was brushed over. It's like having cancer hoping it will just cure itself.

Largely depends on whether Bilic stays or goes soon.
He is losing the fans and if that continues he'll lose the dressing room too

He lost the dressing room second half of his first season. It's long gone now.

with news today that they're not buying any more players I can see only one outcome, relegation

Mike, I've not read anything like that. Got any links?

Re: After three games, how would you honestly forecast our season?
why? shit owners who think its ok to let go three players to every one arrival and still function at a consistent level, a clueless manager, ineffectual coaching team that resemble yes men, unfit players, disinterested players, a minimal amount of technically gifted players in the squad, overloaded with technically inept players/especially in defensive positions, crap stadium only fit for athletics

With this board and this Manager, there is only 1 outcome.

no, no links but hear the fat lump on talksport who's always in contact with the club, even sometimes employed by them but you continue hoping big Willy Carvahlo will sign at 11.59 tomorrow night :.)

Id snatch your hand off for 14/15th.
With these two hateful cunts in charge any manager will have to work on a shoestring.

Our current manager is so poor its laughable.
Im not sure where we go from here.

I agree it depends a lot on whether Bilic stays or not. I see nothing but relegation if he stays because he is a lame duck manager and everyone knows it.

It's the board that needs pressure now to act and pay the money for a decent manager. Bilic looks a beaten and broken man.

Bilic... 14 - 17...

Proper Manager...9 - 13

Got the players he wanted...except a stupid Carvalho bid... surely there are other good DMs Available at better prices...

Bilic is just not good enough...and sub par staff...

Think we've gotta hope its very close between the bottom and mid table like last season. If gaps start opening up i can see us being in that bottom group of 5/6.
